Melbourne Heart FC has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant.
Reporting to the CEO and Coach, this role will offer you the opportunity to display your strong organisational skills and love for PA/Administration support, whilst maintaining a positive and team orientated attitude.
This diverse and very demanding role will involve you in all areas of PA/Secretarial administration, managing reception, including diary and email management; board meeting agendas and minutes; reviewing, preparing and maintaining event and game day plans; preparing spreadsheets; typing correspondences, contacting suppliers, managing office supplies, screening phone calls and taking messages, maintaining filing systems and general ad-hoc duties.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, can maintain strict confidentiality and who enjoys a challenge. You will have exceptional organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, with expert level working knowledge of MS Office packages. You will be enthusiastic and flexible and enjoy the challenges of the Sports industry.
The ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure is imperative as is a ‘can-do attitude’. You will be professionally presented as you will be based at reception, represent Melbourne Heart FC on Game Day and at various Events.
