National Ride 2 Work day

Hi all,   Less than one week to go until National Ride 2 Work day on Wednesday, October 12th.   Register at ride2work.com.au and go in the draw to win a local prize of bike, helmet and bike lock from Daktari, then get on your bike and come down to the Mount Gambier free community breakfast, being held at 8am that morning down at the Fine Food complex on James Street.   Enjoy a bacon & egg Barbie by My Butcher on James, Coffee from Yoeys, Fruit Salad from She's Apples and wholemeal cheeseymites from Baker's Delight!   We'll have free bike & helmet safety checks by BetterHarts, and all registrants throughout the limestone coast will go into a draw to win their workplace a bike!   There's no better way to start the day than riding to work (plus a free breakfast helps!)
