GREAT SPEECH

Hello Guys,

I was recently looking at a website and it had a link to a speech by an ice hockey coach on it. It said quite simply 'this is the best speech you will hear about coaching no matter what sport you coach'. I have to agree with them as this speech is basically my philosophy on youth coaching in a nutshell.

The only part I disagreed with is when he spoke about genetics. In our game you can be any size and be the best but I would love to hear your views info@footballtricks.com
