Dear scott,
I want to make sure you saw Heidi's message below.
The day I was diagnosed with cancer—October 2, 1996—changed my life forever. I realized that no matter how tough I am, I couldn’t do this alone. I needed the support of a community of friends, family, colleagues and neighbors.
That was when I became a survivor.
I believe that all 28 million people living with cancer deserve that same source of strength. That’s why this October 2, our community will come together on LIVESTRONG Day to rally support for those living with cancer around the world.
I hope you can join me and thousands of others on 10.02.10 in renewing our fight for a world without cancer—one community, one event and one conversation at a time.
Sign up to attend a LIVESTRONG Day event or find out how to host your own event on 10.02.10.
Thanks,
Lance Armstrong

Dear scott,
LIVESTRONG Day is a day to raise awareness of the 28 million people living with cancer worldwide.
It's a day to reduce the stigma of cancer by reaching out to friends, family, colleagues and neighbors.
It's a day to share the love and support survivors need to live with dignity and strength.
LIVESTRONG Day is 10.02.10—and we're inviting you to join thousands of supporters around the world as we wear yellow and rally together to honor cancer survivors and the communities of care that are so important to us.
Sign up to attend a LIVESTRONG Day event or host your own event on 10.02.10.
Supporters like you came together last year at more than 1,100 LIVESTRONG Day events from Austin to Antarctica. Now, you can help make sure 10.02.10 is even bigger.
To help you get your community involved, we've just launched a new, interactive LIVESTRONG Day map. Check it out today and find an event near you—or sign up to host your own event and bring even more people together.

LIVESTRONG Day is fun, exciting and important. But it will only succeed if supporters around the world come together. Please sign up today and help make it happen.
